Function and Characteristics:
1. LCD screen with entirely Chinese/English, and intelligent
programme control, easy-to-use operate.
2. Programmable processing program and be capable of storing
arbitrary of number, it can meet the requirement of different tissues processing work.
3. Super humanized design, any parameters can be set according to
the operator’s demand.
4. Working state is clearly displayed, and you can check the
working state of the machine at any time, including the current
program content, heating state, setting the temperature, setting the current wax vat temperature and keep the purifying function in
open position as well.
5. Automatic reset function, it can be quickly reset to the
position of first vat no matter the basket is in any position.
6. Specimens start to heat for 4 hours before entering into the wax
vessel and which has assured that the wax had been fully-melt. The
wax vessel can keep warm for 4 hour after the program running
completed, so that it can ensure that the paraffin be in the melt
state, and be convenient to get out the tissues.
7. Full range of protection function, even if the exception or
error operation occurred, it will not damage the equipment.
8. Install with tissue-protection vat, the tissue will enter into
the protection vessel in case of being destroyed when the power
failure or equipment break down.
9. Good sealed of reagent vessel lid, any odor will not go away,
and install with the exhaust pipe, activated carbon adsorption
function, double purification function.
10. Drive with the international standard timing belt drive, with
the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion
resistance, high transmission accuracy, positioning accuracy, low
noise, long service life etc..
Technical Parameters
1. Reagent vessel number: 12 vessels, in which the last three
vessels are paraffin vessels.
2. Dithering times: set default as 1time per 15 sec, and the
dithering times and dithering intervals can be set at your will.
3. Stirring times: default as 1time per 15 sec, and stirring times
and stirring intervals can be set arbitrarily.
4. Dripping Stay Time: can be arbitrarily set within 0-99sec.
5. Single vessel processing time: can be arbitrarily set within
0-99hours.
6. Temperature of Paraffin Wax Vessel can be set arbitrarily within
ambient temperature to 85 ℃.
7. Single vessel volume: 800ml, 1000ml, 1200ml, 1500ml, 1800ml,
